- My world was turned upside down when I was swept off my feet and fell crazy in love with a tall and handsome cowboy. We were married last year in a beautiful, small ceremony in my hometown in Iowa on the fourth of July. I have 2 sons, Seth and Tanner and we live the good life in the country outside of Maryville, MO. I love good books, pondering life over laundry, great photography (some of it's even mine) and scrapbooking. My passion is photography. I take pictures because I'm driven to create. I really like making normal people look their best, so you probably won't see any gorgeous models in my portfolio. Just regular people who look like gorgeous models. For many people, my images will be a defining point in their self-image. You did an excellent job with your 365 Project/album--better even, a FABULOUS job! I regret that you got burned out doing it, truly, because this is one of those projects that is worth doing year after year, even if in the end you dont have 365 yearly photos. It's truly about documenting YOUR life, the bits and pieces that make up your days and weeks. In 40 years from now, you'll be glad you recorded it in pictures and words ...
