I'm in a "pick up whatever's on my desk and scrapbook it" kinda mood lately. 3 of those photos have been 5x7's of my husband's granddaughters. I may have already even scrapbooked these pics but who cares! LOL
Paper: Kaiser (i think)
"Sweet": K&Company
Felt cupcake: Basic Grey
Girl chipboard letters: I take all my letters out and sort them, so no more packaging!
Journaling block: Making Memories
Border punch: Martha Stewart
Paper: Basic Grey
Journal block: Making Memories
Chipboard: basic grey
To make the ruffle, I cut out my cardstock and put several stripes of heavy duty glue from my ATG along the edge. I then "ruffled" my ribbon by folding back and forth. I didn't want it to look perfect. I also made sure that the ends were folded towards the back when finished. I then stuck it to the page and used my sewing machine to zig zag around the edge. That sucker's never coming up! ;) Then, add letters!
I love this layout it looks more involved than it really was, and yes, I still have an owl fetish. Sue me!
Paper: Best creations
Ribbon: Hobby Lobby
Letters: K & company
Flower: Brenda Walton - K & Company
Sticker letters: Doodlebug
Cardstock: DCWV
All of these pages were super fast. I'm leaning right now towards less techniques and more "getting it done"

My family tree is full of nuts!
I know.. I haven't posted a page in like FOREVER. I have still been scrapping tho. I'll have a lot of pages to share over the next few days!
My family tree is full of nuts!
(because it's true)
My step-son Chris is a goofball, and I needed to share that with the world. LOL.
When I found this paper, I fell in love! I have a soft spot for squirrels. Especially cute funny ones.
Paper: Carol Wingert Fine Arts (never heard of them!)
Acorn diecuts: Cricut
Chipboard letters: Heidi swapp I think
Stamp (on letters): Autumn leaves
Pens: EK success

Scrapbook page - Love on the Line
I've had this layout done for a while, but it was bugging me. It just wasn't "right". Finally a couple nights ago, it hit me, it needed a circle behind the label. Too bad it was already glued down!
It's kinda hard to keep love letters when they are text messages. One day I realized I could just take some photos to remember what a big softie I'm married to.
Paper: TCP Studios (color is more true in the second photo)
Text me brad: Making Memories
Flowers: Prima
Pen: EK Success
Chipboard Bird: My Minds Eye - Abbey Road
Sticker Letters: doodlebug
Other Brads: Paper Studio

Scrapbook Page - Sky High
It's been a while since I shared any layouts! I've not been scrapping as much as I was a few weeks ago. I think it's that springtime itch!
Here is a layout I did about the weekend trip Gene and I took to KC. Actually, it's about Skies Restaurant over the Hyatt.
Not my favorite layout ever, but it's a finished layout! I did use up some old stock too in the process.
Paper: Diecuts with a view
Acrylic accents: Heidi Grace
Journaling block: 7 Gypsies
Cloth labels: Making Memories
Sticker letters: K&Company and Susan Branch

Another trip to Branson layout. I *think* it's the last one.
My niece Tayen, playing Peek a Boo with Grandma while we waited for our lunch to show up.
